Winner Road Complete Streets Project - Open House

The City will be hosting an open house at Van Horn High School, 1109 S. Arlington Avenue, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm for the Winner Road Complete Streets Project. 

This project extends from 24 Hwy to Hedges Avenue. Plans include new pavement, new sidewalk, a shared-use path, curb and gutter drainage improvements, and replacement of sanitary sewer and water main infrastructure. The replacement of a bridge over the railroad is also included.

Participants will have an opportunity to speak with the project team and provide feedback on the final plan.
