Eligibility

Be at least 18 years of age by hire date
Have high school diploma or equivalent
Possess/maintain valid driver's license/excellent driving record
No serious criminal record
Excellent work history and attendance record
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Eligible candidates must...

Firefighter I & II Certification (IFSAC of ProBoard)
Missouri EMT or Paramedic licensure
Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations Certification (IFSAC of ProBoard)
Candidate Physical Abilities test (CPAT) certification within the last 12 months of application
B-5 Fire Service Entrance Exam testing/score within the last 12 months of application
Pass a post-hire medical physical and drug screen
