Encore Theatre
Encore Theatre performs in the Powerhouse Theatre at the Sermon Center. This group encourages everyone to stay active in the theatrical and musical fields. It is dedicated to offering vibrant activity for mature adults performing comedies and lighter theatrical materials while working towards networking, socializing, and building relationships as it entertains the Independence community.

Ticket Prices:
Adults: $12
Seniors (ages 55+) and Students (with student I.D.): $10
Children (ages 12 and under): $7
For reservations, please call 816-325-7367.
Please listen for the prompt indicating Encore Theatre. Reservations are not required, and tickets are sold at the door. However, we request reserved tickets be purchased 15 minutes before curtain, or risk being released in the event of a full house.
