Independence Utilities customer service is moving from the Independence Utilities Center (17221 East 23rd St S) to Independence Municipal Commons (20201 E Jackson Dr) in March:

Last day of operations at IUC is Wednesday March 4, 2026.
Operations at IMC will begin Monday March 9, 2026.
