ACH/EFT is set up directly with the city and automatically drafts your bank account on the bill due date at no charge. Because this payment is initiated by the city rather than through the online portal, it will not appear as a "recurring payment" in your account — your bill will simply show as paid once the draft processes.
Recurring payments are set up through MyMeter, must be renewed every 12 months, and include a convenience fee. Only payments initiated through the website will appear as recurring payments in your portal.
