Are you interested in becoming a vendor at the Independence Uptown Market?

Crafts vendor booths at Farmers' Market

We're proud to help local growers and crafters share their goods with the Independence community. The market operates nearly year-round with a May-October summer season and a December-April winter season. Vendor booth spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis at a daily and/or seasonal rate.

Located on the Historic Independence Square, the Independence Uptown Market opened in 2018 and is among the nicest facilities of its type in the Kansas City metro. The Uptown Market is comprised of a large, open-air pavilion and a spacious, indoor pavilion, totaling more than 14,000 square feet. The Independence Farmers' Market occupies both pavilions during the summer season and moves to the indoor pavilion for the winter season.

The Farmers' Market operates on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. from May through October, and also on Wednesdays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. from June through August. It operates once-monthly from December through April, from 9a.m. to 1p.m. on the first Saturday of each month.
